Ask a lodge owner what a normal marketing budget looks like as a share of revenue in this region and there is no honest answer available.
European numbers do not transfer
Distribution, agent relationships, payment rails and seasonality work differently here, so imported benchmarks mislead more than they help.
Nobody has measured AI adoption
Every conference has a panel on it. No one has asked operators what they actually use, what it costs them, and what is holding them back.
